GERMAN EMIGRATION SOCIETY GENEALOGY PROJECT

Dear MoSGA,

Every year, thousands try to find their German ancestors. We are trying to connect with 500 at once! The German Emigration Society Genealogy Project is an effort to locate descendants from the 500 members that formed the earliest and most organized German emigration society to ever come to Missouri. Their effort to create a German State in America led to Missouri being one of the most predominately German states in terms of heritage in this country.

We were hoping for your help in informing everyone about this interesting genealogical project. Please visit our website, and let us know if you have any questions.
