MoSGA OFFERS GRANT MONEY

MoSGA’s grant deadline is fast approaching. Does your local Missouri society, library or archive have a project in mind but no money to fund it? Perhaps a 21st Century Fund Grant of up to $1,000 would help. These grants are awarded yearly to promote the preservation and publication of Missouri’s vast genealogical data. Since 2009, MoSGA has funded projects for:

* Scott County Historical & Genealogy Society
* Butler County Archive
* Morgan County Historical Society
* Friends of Miami, Inc. (Miami, Mo)
* Phelps County Genealogical Society
* Holt County Historical Society

Visit www.mosga.org and click on the “21st Century Fund” link where you will find the application and guidelines. Also listed are past grant projects. Applications must be postmarked by April 30, 2014.

The 21st Century Fund is supported through the generosity of our members and other interested individuals. Thank you!

Martha Henderson, Chair
MoSGA 21st Century Fund
