THE KING OF MCPHERSON, KANSAS

If your genie research happens to take you near McPherson, Kansas, you may wish to stop at the McPherson Museum on Euclid Avenue. They've got an attraction likely to interest movie buffs: the skin of Leo the Lion, MGM's first movie mascot. Leo's earthly remains are safely enclosed in a glass case on the third floor of the Museum.

P.S. They initially let museum visitors yank a hair out of Leo's pelt, until it occurred to them that a lion pelt consists of a finite number of hairs...
